H2020 Projects on Smart Grid & Storage:
WG on Customer Engagement

8.9. - 9.9.2015, Brussels, Belgium

Following a first meeting of Coordination of the H2020 projects selected in the first call in the field of Smart Grid & Storage held in Brussels on 21/22 of May 2015,  the Working Group on Customer Engagement kicks off with a first meeting.   Aim of the first meeting is:
- to collect the different issues related to Customer Engagement in the project
- to structure the issues by cluster
- to set up an action plan to tackle the issues
