International Conference on Renewable Energy and Power Quality (ICREPQ)
4.5. - 6.5.2016, Madrid, SpainThe ICREPQ will be held in Madrid, Spain the 14th time since 2003 already and is entirely devoted to renewable energies and power quality. Organized by the European Association for the Development of Renewable Energy, Environment and Power Quality (EA4EPQ), the Universidade de Vigo and the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI – ICADE), the conference especially addresses specialists of the above mentioned areas to participate and submit papers for regular and special sessions on, e.g., Microgrids and Smart grids, Sustainable Energy Mix, etc. which can be discussed in plenary sessions. Key-note speakers will present recent developments in the field of renewable energies and power quality encompassing questions on energy saving possibilities and new concepts of renewable sources, the integration of renewable generation in power systems and many more.
Topics included in the event focus on, among others, hybrid systems, micro grids, smart grids, energy conversion, conservation and energy efficiency, energy saving policy, energy storage and batteries, software tools as well as low-frequency conducted disturbances.
